1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between x bajee ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual who accesses or uses the x bajee website, games, sports betting services, or any other feature offered at https://x-bajee.ws ("you", "the Player", "the User").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by x bajee, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You accept these Terms without reservation and agree to be bound by them;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• Your use of x bajee does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

x bajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective" date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and x bajee.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to x bajee is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. x bajee strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 18. We operate a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Personal account: You must be registering and playing on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from x bajee or be subject to any active exclusion measure imposed by the platform.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of x bajee or any of its affiliated technology or game-supply partners.

x bajee uses a combination of registration-stage declarations, identity verification checks, and ongoing account monitoring to enforce age and eligibility requirements. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria, x bajee reserves the right to suspend the account, request supporting documentation, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending the outcome of a verification review.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and sports betting on x bajee, you are required to complete the registration process and create a single, verified player account. The following rules apply to all x bajee accounts:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active x bajee account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, x bajee reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit all balances held in those accounts.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes. x bajee is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

x bajee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible platform management standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence — before your first withdrawal or at any point during your account lifetime at x bajee's discretion. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the required verification documents have been reviewed and approved.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your x bajee login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. x bajee will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your own actions or negligence. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on x bajee — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). x bajee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to your account balance at any time.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

x bajee supports deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your x bajee balance within seconds of a confirmed transaction. x bajee does not charge a fee for standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframes stated on the platform's banking information page. x bajee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or outside a player's normal transaction pattern.

4.3 Prohibited Payment Practices

The following payment-related activities are strictly prohibited on x bajee:

• Depositing funds that originate from criminal activity or money laundering;
• Charging back a deposit after wagers have been placed;
• Using payment credentials that do not belong to you;
• Attempting to exploit deposit or withdrawal processing systems for financial gain unrelated to legitimate gameplay.

Where any of the above is identified, x bajee reserves the right to close the account immediately and report the activity to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

x bajee offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses credited to your x bajee account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before a withdrawal request can be made against those funds. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirements associated with a bonus are not met within the stated validity period, the bonus amount and any winnings generated from it will be automatically forfeited. Expiry dates are shown clearly in the promotions section of your x bajee account dashboard.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

x bajee actively monitors bonus usage patterns to detect and prevent abuse. Prohibited bonus-related activities include but are not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and systematic exploitation of welcome offer terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, x bajee reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void related winnings, and close the player's account.

5.4 Promotion Modifications

x bajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players with reasonable notice. Promotions are intended for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash outside of the stated wagering framework.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x bajee and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud x bajee or other players, including the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or deliberate misrepresentation of personal information.
• Automated play: Use of bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including pre-arranged outcomes in table games or sports betting markets.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors in odds, or any technical malfunction to gain a financial benefit. Any winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable platform error are void and will not be paid out.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after wagering deposited funds. Any player initiating a chargeback will have their account suspended and the chargeback amount — plus an administrative handling fee — will be recovered before the account is reconsidered.
• Abusive behaviour: Using offensive, threatening, or harassing language toward x bajee staff or other players via any communication channel connected to the platform.
• Circumventing restrictions: Attempting to access x bajee while subject to a self-exclusion, account suspension, or closure notice, including through the creation of a new account.

x bajee reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, account access, deposits, and withdrawals may be suspended. The outcome of all investigations conducted by x bajee is final.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your x bajee account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending wagers will be settled, applicable withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method, and your account history will be retained as required by our data retention policies. Account closure requests are typically processed within 3 business days.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by x bajee

x bajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct;
• Involvement of the account in a money laundering investigation;
• Identification of the account holder as an underage player;
• Receipt of a legally binding instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, x bajee is not obligated to return any deposited funds or pay out any pending winnings. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

7.3 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion period via Account Settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened or used to place any wager. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x bajee's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their x bajee account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x bajee shall not be liable for any of the following, whether foreseeable or not:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of opportunity, reputation, or goodwill;
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss;
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including internet service providers, mobile banking networks (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), or game-supply partners;
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials;
• Losses resulting from the player's reliance on any game outcome, odds, or statistical information displayed on the platform.

x bajee makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency downtime events are communicated to players as promptly as practicable.
